Why, after eight terms, is the Lib
Repub. Connie Morella about to lose?
Everyone always says she votes Lib
in order to survive in her district.
Now this says she's not just on the
edge but she's "in deep trouble".

Of course, the Guardian wishes this
were true for all Repubs.--I can tell
they are as deeply depressed as Ms. M
is deeply in trouble.

Why?

Because nationwide the Dems appear to
be the ones in trouble!
