This thread was joking and quayle is one of those people who get joked about, being republican does'nt mean I can't joke or even, disagree with others of the GOP.

Actually, according to a few FReepers around here, being a Republican requires strict adherence to a specific set of values and beliefs with absolutely no deviation or question.
