I saw our Secretary of State, Bill Jones, on FOX news last night about this but it happened so fast, I don't know what his point was. Ack!

I heart that states other than California will be filing the same way. They call this a friend of court filing I think. I also hear the United States Supreme Court just might be nudged in the right direction by these many filings.

I sure hope so. If anything, the New Jersey case is even more blatant and dangerous than the Gore v. Bush case in 2000.

My state atty general filed a friends of the court brief against what NJ has done. Unfortunately my state is Florida and the brief will probably get laughed at - fortunately state with much better reputations then mine have also filed, including Michigan and Washington State.

I also heard on Fox News, an Army Doctor stationed in Hawaii but who is a registered NJ voter has just now filed suit against NJ because he has received his ballot, mailed it back in and received back a receipt from the state. A federal court in NJ will hear the case.

It's not over yet folks.
