The 64 year old woman claims that she was not informed of the dangers of smoking by Philip Morris.
I wonder what space ship she has been on the last 40 years as it is obvious that she must be blind, deaf, and stupid with no willpower. What a comment on the citizens of this country.
Claims like this are simply untrue and the stupidity of juries in making such awards is also a sign of the total lack of knowledge which exists in our society.

Claims like this are simply untrue and the stupidity of juries in making such awards is also a sign of the total lack of knowledge which exists in our society. This is precisely the type of jury that is being sought by plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the fast food chains.
