Glad to see that you're upholding the fundamental charter of The Free Republic. </ sarcasm> Although ABCMSNBC is free to fire Kuby for his statements, the First Amendment protects him from being arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced for merely giving his opinion. He didn't threaten to kill the Pres and he didn't even say that he'd like to kill the Pres. What he said is clealy protected speech under the First Amendment. You can be outraged and you can be angry, but please don't advocate the trashing of the First Amendment over someone like Kuby.
