Isn't it totally a federal crime to wish death upon him? Shouldn't they arrest this host?
To: PBRSTREETGANG
It's only a threat if you believe Saddam Hussein will pistol duel with George W. Bush. Then, the threat is Saddam.
This is silly.

I've called the 800 number and spoke with a live person. But when I tried the 201 583 2222 number, twice, I got a message that said "home repair".

I think Kuby is a scumbag because he equates that butcher Saddam with our President. I can get pissed about that.

I try not to use any outstate suppliers to serve my home repair needs! ;>)

He didn't threaten to kill the Pres and he didn't even say that he'd like to kill the Pres. What he said is clealy protected speech under the First Amendment. You can be outraged and you can be angry, but please don't advocate the trashing of the First Amendment over someone like Kuby.
And Henry II didn't call for the murder of Thomas Becket.
Kuby said and clearly meant that President Bush is a threat to world peace and that we'd be lucky if our adversary killed him while in his own death throes. You claim that is protected speech?
Do you joke about bombs and hijackings at airports, as a matter of First Amendment principle?

How did you do that? < font size=# >... Then put your text here
Just pick a number between 1-7 for the different size fonts .. and put in place of the # and take out the spaces

Kuby came out of Cornell, now it all makes sense. Ithaca is the Berkley of upstate N.Y..

I'm getting real tired of the leftist hate speech. Screw these bastards vote with your radios TV and at the box office and if you run into these f***s go upside their heads.
To: icwhatudo
I thought threats against the President were always taken seriously, at least they were in the old days, weren't they?
How come people like Kilbourn and now Kuby can say things like this over the airwaves to millions of people (ok, in Kuby's case, dozens) but when did this change?
Why is this not followed up?
To: Sabertooth
You claim that is protected speech?I am absolutely, 100% positive, without a doubt certain that what Kuby said is protected speech under the First Amendment. In fact, I'm so certain of my position that if he is arrested, I'll represent him in his subsequent 1983 action against the Government because I could use an easy million bucks.

You obviously DON'T know Kuby. He IS stupid and he did not say maybe........The topic was the suggestion of a duel between Saddam and President Bush. He said that if President Bush were killed it would be better for world peace.
Go ahead, spin away!

Use the 888-MSNBC-USA number. The 201 number isn't correct.

You are missing the point fufkin.
Marx, lenin, engles and crowd were miserable at everything. They were myopic fools when it came to history, government, human rights, etc. They were, however, very talented at ONE thing. Fomenting revolution and discord within a nation. The socialists in America have taken their teachings to heart and have used these tactics against us for years successfully.
It doesnt matter if it was a joke or not. Make it out to be the worst thing EVER said. And be LOUD about it.
Say something enough times and people will believe or get used to it.
There are a hell of allot of gems in their writings concerning revolution and destroying a political party. The methods are proven successful and we will use them to further OUR political beliefs and protect the constitution.
Bite down on them like a bulldog on an issue and never let go. Lock your jaw, they will concede or eventually make themselves to look foolish to the masses.
Just remember, when you are at war you must win that war at all costs, Otherwise what you were fighting to protect will perish.

Isn't that a felony, to encourage the death of a President?
To: Peach
I just got off the 888 number. The girl said that "MSNBC personalities represent all different sides of an issue."
I asked "does that include sides endorsing the murder of our President."
She said "All sides"
I told here that "I will not watch or listen to MSNBC anymore, because of their support of such hate, after I make a list of all of thier advertisers for that show. I told here that the only way I will consider a return is if either that idiot is fired or he announces a public appology to Mr. Bush and the American people."
I also told here that "I will be contacting each of those advertisers and telling them that I will not buy there products anymore until they either pull their advertising during that show, that idiot is fired, or he and MSNBC make public appologies.
She said that she would forward my concern.
