Chief Justice Poritz:

"I think we should interpret Par 3 holes liberally. We must weigh the need for administrative niceties such as scorecards against the players' need to get par. The clear intent of the rule is that this hole should be considered slightly more inclusive than the others. So what do you think? Can a 7 be a par on this hole? Is it doable? Help me craft a remedy!"
