The gender war has definitely brought on a sad state of affairs.
A child of a legal marriage has legal rights to support.
Trying to rewrite the law to base the concept of legitimacy on biology rather than on law is inviting gov't and court intervention on a vastly greater scale.
Men's groups should be trying to restore faulted divorce so the judges have little or no leeway to default to the immoral mother. And working to restore the legal rights that should attend with the legal responsibilites.
Trying to disenfranchise legal children is the wrong direction.
