The Torch is ineliigible to serve...now they're saying, but he didn't die (brough up Carnahan case) or have a catastrophy...Well why the hell was he eligible to serve until his poll numbers took a dive?

Well why the hell was he eligible to serve until his poll numbers took a dive? Exactly !! he MADE himself ineligible by quitting...but now they want a 'do-over' even tho' it's all their fault...I can't fully express my disgust with this hijacking of the law
