Hope you are right but doubt it... they could hear the matter and not rule later, anyway.

The whole thing is unbelievable. If the NJSC rules for the RATS, every building contractor who misses a bank payment in a binding legal contract should petition the court to set aside the deadline. Either laws mean something, or they don't.

To put it bluntly, it is an attempt at "bait and switch" campaigning by the Democrats. If a business did this, it would rightfully be shut down and the owners would be lucky not to be in a 8-foot by 10-foot cell with a guy who says, "My name is Spike, honey."
