Without trying to sound too highbrow about it, what this says more than anything else is that Streisand has no ear for Shakespeare. Not only was this quote debunked shortly after 911, when it first appeared on the net, by Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit and others, but it's also clearly hugely inferior to Shakespeare's standards and uses parts of speech that are not in the least Shakespearian!
