Sorry if this has been stated before - just got home from hubby cataract surgery: So if I'm in an election and KNOW I'm going to lose, I can resign and let my party's Governor appoint someone to take my place for 2 years and there is no election? That's not a democracy - that's a dictatorship. Tell me this isn't true.

I just got home, too and am listening. He just admitted that he is quitting so they (the 'rats) can win some other way! Unbelievable!
