It appears to say "primarily youranuom", which is really a pretty odd statement if it means what it sounds like. I think we ought not to get too excited about this, just yet.

I think those letters on the right spell "primarily.." and then a strange spelling for uranium. It is a rather odd container concerning it's labeling.
