Davis OKs curb on sale of ephedra

California youths will be banned from purchasing ephedra, a controversial weight-loss product, under a bill Gov. Gray Davis signed Friday, two years after he vetoed a weaker measure to regulate the substance.

Available without a prescription, ephedra has drawn concerns from parents and health experts who say it can prompt seizures and even lead to death.

I feel safer already...I can only imagine what laws the Dimwit has and will sign between now and the election and Lord knows what he will do between Nov 5 and the first of the year if Simon is elected...

I just went to Simon's website to check out the new ads...my fav is still the "maids" ad...I'll see if I can get on the CA GOP site...

After four more years of Davis (God forbid), Californians will be disarmed, bankrupt, on foot, in the dark, uneducated, and fat. Well...maybe the added toil of daily life without modern conveniences will keep our weight down.

Yes. I ran a search to be safe.. Altho' you never know when Parsky & Rove will take the party underground and into the Stealth bunker.. Or It could be getting a new engine installed. It might have blown a RINO gasket.. Not a pretty sight BTW ;-).
