Kung Fu (itself a misleading name) does not allow for demonstration or exhibition fighting. By its very nature, every move must be entirely sincere. To strike a blow in a sparring contest is not a demonstration of the art but a form of bragging. And to a true devotee of Chinese internal arts, the opinion of the world is irrelevant. Winning a competition is meaningless.
