Roe v. Wade was based on an out-and-out lie.

Doe v. Bolton was based on an out-and-out lie.

Why should NOW's case against Scheidler be based on anything but out-and-out lies, engendered by the father of lies?

I remember watching a feminist, lesbian, abortion clinic owner foam at the mouth one evening on TV. She was explaining how "VIOLENT" pro-lifers were. She was shaking and wild-eyed as she said it. I was puzzled, because I have done my fair share of protesting and I never, ever saw any violence on the part of any protestor. Other than lying through her teeth I tried to figure out why she would say were we so "VIOLENT". Then it dawned on me. We are spiritually terrorizing them when we pray in their faces. The clinic owner in question was also a bonafide witch and she and her moon maidens would regularly cast spells on us. Our local paper printed the chant they were belching forth to protect themselves and the police from us "VIOLENT" pro-lifers. (A policeman told me later that he felt rather uncomfortable about getting 'chanted-over'.) Because we were praying, I guess it was repelling whatever they were trying to cast our way.

So, yes, I guess we were "VIOLENT".

These people get a chuckle out of babies being murdered - - even babies who are all born except for the tops of their tiny heads. These babies are murdered by jamming scissors into the base of their skulls and sucking the babys' brains out so that their skulls collapse.

They lied? What is "lying" ompared to the gruesome murder techniques they push?

Of course they lied.

Everyone knows that liberals, Democrats and pro-abortion people are allowed to lie on the witness stand. Only conservatives, Republicans and Pro-Life people are required to tell the truth.

Sounds more like a garden variety case of psychological projection. They are in cahoots with the "Violent" One. So they blame the other party of the exact same wickedness to push them off balance. This doesn't astonish me: it's the devil and what the devil does. "No I'm not! You are!" What is really astonishing is that our courts and legislatures and police regularly buy this line of argument. They appear to have been sold down the river nearly as much as the pro "choicers" themselves.

Too often, sweeping public policies are put in place from totally bogus "evidence." By the time the bogosity comes to light, every talking head cries that it is too late to roll it back.

I guess I agree with you. At first I tried to look up the word "bogosity" to no avail. I had overlooked the word "bogus" in the proceeding sentence. Of course, I would have thought it should be spelled "bogusity". If I'm going down the same rabbit trail with you, I do, infact, aggree with you.

I often wonder why it is set in concrete once a law or decision has been made. This is especially the case when it later becomes known that it is based on a known lie.

Bogosity: a coined term that means something that is bogus, or that means a condition of being bogus. It's used a lot in computer nerd circles. I've heard it so much I have forgotten it is not in the dictionary.

Judicial tradition and bureaucratic inertia and public indifference. Things which the American Constitution did nothing to address, not expecting the new country to lose its sense of honor so profoundly.

You had an insuperable advantage: the Name that is above all names, at the sound of which every demonic knee bows.

Examples of Pschologial projection:

1. anti-choice extremists when more than half the populace want Roe greatly limited.

2. Violence against clinics: when the violence actually occurs inside the uninspected, unregulated clinics' walls.

How about some pro-lifers posting some more examples of this phenomena?

Wish it were that simple. However one can't count on saying "Jesus" to work, so to speak, like saying abracadabra (please pardon the simile). The personal relationship with the Lord has to be there. Otherwise the demons will continue to mock.

No argument from this quarter, certainly. The bruised and battered sons of Sceva had one of the earliest lessons in the misappropriation of that Name.
