Apparently calling her ma'am is "outrageous" and condescending. "He was talking down to me!" she squeals. She wouldn't know outrageous if it were staring her in the mirror. Oh wait- it is!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Earlier today I criticized Ehrlich on another thread here for saying Ma'am because it sounded like he was spending too much time talking UP to her. I said he sounded too much like a schoolkid talking to the teacher because of his use of Ma'am. Yet that airhead Townsend thinks it's wrong to call her "Ma'am" because it sounds like he is talking DOWN to her. WHAT A DOPE SHE IS!!!
