This is the way I expect the speech to go:

These pictures of the air strip at Kalman Pak, in Iraq, taken by, (insert agency) on (insert date) show a Boeing, (number) that was used by OBL's Al Queda to plan out and practice for the attack on 9-11.
Because this was collected under extreme cover it was impossible to tell you about it until after our response was under way.
At, (pick a Time) the forces of the United State and 7 other nations, began the disarmament of Iraq.
