I've been called a neo-con both as a compliment and a slur, but what the heck does the term even mean?

Somebody doesn't think you're conservative enough.

When neo-con has been used as a slur, it was often from liberals who thought I was too conservative. Again, no one seems to agree on a definition of "neo-con," which is why I stick with "conservative."
