Think about what this punk is saying.

He's saying that the president of the United States is willing to send our finest young men and women into harm's way FOR VOTES.

Do you believe that? I sure don't. And I don't think that the people of this country will believe that of the George W. Bush they have seen and supported for this last year.

And as for the press, perhaps -- JUST PERHAPS -- the people of this country will see THEM for what they are at last!

Remember this: In the 2000 election cycle, Al Gore himself said that the upcoming election was a choice between good and evil. IMO, "good" won. And I honestly believe, just from the people I personally have talked to who I know did NOT vote for George W. Bush, that people feel confident with him as CIC. And they want him to have WHATEVER he needs to get the job done.

This is NOT going to fly; regardless of how many of the Dems or the press sneer at it, the average people in this country are SCARED of what the next attack might bring. We saw something on 9-11 that we had convinced ourselves could NEVER happen here.

The Democrats and the press are so 9-10.

I got a kick out of Diane F. saying that she got 10,000 calls to her office against going into Iraq, and 200 in favor! You know, I have a strange suspicion that a whole bunch of anti-war people in Cali, and surrounding states, and in the east probably called her office, maybe a bunch of them called a "lot" of times, just to let people think that 10,000 people called!

Now I do realize there are big groups of extreme liberals in her state; but there are enclaves of conservatives there too. Also a couple of big military installations. A lot of people living away from the coast, and up in the north voted for Bush/Cheney in 2000. I really doubt that many people called her office to say that!
