Too busy scheming while pissing away true ingenuity. Xerox PARC invented the GUI, the mouse, ethernet... I can imagine the sounds of Homer Simpons "DOH!" endlessly echoing throughout all Xerox business sites until the end of days. (Besides scheming, what have they done since the 70s???)

Ya, I was playing with Xerox Altos in '79 or thereabouts. Five years before the Mac. Even then they had no clue what to do with that stuff.
