Allegedly it was all Wendy's idea. If it's true, that's the first smart thing that she's done.
Unfortunately, she's still going to be the official representative as far as the owners are concerned.
My favorite part of news conference is when the Board member who was doing the announcement had to make the claim 'they tried to talk her out of stepping down'... :)
