She had her back to the camera, you don't suppose she faked that beating like they do in fights on TV an movies so that if she were arrested and they could find not signs of previous beatings she could sue the bejeepers out of the police?

She'll have a hard time doing that when she's been blubbering all over the media, admitting that she's guilty of felony battery.

I saw an open hand hitting the legs...not a closed fist or any hitting on the face head lungs or other vital areas..
If there are no marks on this little girl and she wants her mom...the state should butt out...
In the farm area I grew up in....every parent spanked...and no one would ever think to accuse a parent of abuse...
If anything talk of child behavior revolved around which kids needed a good swat...or having a belt taken to a backside...
Lots of kids I went to school got literal trips to the woodshed...no one seemed the worse for it..
This same area is now plagued with crimes it never saw thirty years ago...social workers rule the school system...and liberals run the town..
