I propose that we pay reparations. But before accepting, each person receiving funds should be made to sign a legally-binding quit-claim, in force upon him and his descendents unto perpetuity, stating that they will never accept another dime from public funds, in cash or in kind.

Would Jesse Jackson sign such a document?

Of course not. Some black liberal writters have already said "Lets not ask for reparations, because if we do, then we won't be able to guilt trip everyoen anymore, and keep getting goodies."
