Hey, I say any town that can assign a stylish word such as "bayoo" to the classic phrase "open sewer", and in doing so double and triple the prices of adjacent residential properties, has enough brains to figure out it's own problems!

Seriously, I visit Houston periodically, and must say that the roads around downtown are atrocious. It is a city that very obviously has its priorities screwed up.
