A third-strongest party in the east is the Party of Democratic Socialism with 16,4 per cent. The Greens created 5.2, the FDP 6.6 per cent. In West Germany the union 41.2 received, the SPD to 37.7 per cent according to Second Channel of German Television. The Greens came on 9,5, the liberals on 7,7, the Party of Democratic Socialism on only 1.1 per cent.
