Hey, twit--SMART folks who "live on the coast" LEAVE during hurricanes, exactly to avoid the "storm surge". Only dumbasses and non-natives try to "ride out" category 4 storms in coastal areas--and a lot of them die as a result. I was referring to those stupid enough NOT to leave at the appropriate time.
