Until the fines are larger than the intake, they will probably continue. The RATS. Same here in WA. The teachers'union keeps on getting fined and continues to repeat the finable behavior year after year. Perhaps a short amount of cell time would be helpful :) Currently they are working on bringing illegal aliens into into the state to vote, and doing quite well I may add. These people are not my countrymen.
