No, I have no intention of defending anybody, but I tend to sense a bunch of malicious slanderers and accusers in the vein of HaSatan who would use the same method of slander against any righteous parent as has been applied against the person in question. Besides, there are plenty of people who have already judged her. No need for double jeopardy.
I learned a long time ago not to interfere with the God given authority of others. Mom has got an awesome responsibility to handle and discipline her children properly. The worst thing anybody can do for a child that needs discipline is to place those in authority over the child on the defensive for issuing the discipline. The child will then hold on to a rebellious attitude and feel vindicated for their rebellion. That is a far more psychologically damaging event in child development than many heinous crimes directed against a child.
One thing worse than a child beater is a do-gooder interfering with the discipline of others.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize that the phone number and address of the agency that did the actual research wasn't good enough for you......
Copies of the Third National Incidence Study of Child Abuse and Neglect (NIS-3) can be obtained by calling National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information at 1-800-394-3366. Copies of the Estimates from the Redesigned Survey, written by Ronet Bachman, Ph.D., a BJS statistician, and Linda E. Saltzman, Ph.D., a senior scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, may be obtained by calling or writing the BJS Clearinghouse, Box 179, Annapolis Junction, Maryland 20701-1079. The telephone number is 1-800-732-3277.
However, here is just ONE link to where this study can be found on the web. There are many other places where it can be found on the web also, if you would like some more, just let me know.....:-)

We're talking about one and the same thing. The Irish Travelers were Gypsies.

We're talking about one and the same thing. The Irish Travelers were Gypsies. I don't think so. I think they may have been called Gypsies because of the way they live, but they were Irish. The Gypsies came from Hungary and Romania, not Ireland.

Obviously this "mother" isn't a Freeper. If she had, she could have used any of the several inventive defenses posted on the various threads on the topic. Instead, she basically admitted she did what everyone saw on the video.
And has anyone mentioned that her hair was blonde in the video 8 days ago, now it's medium-dark brown?
