Just look at those assh..les who blasted a dozen Canadians against a hold requested from the AWAC command. If we want to remain respected and credible, let's show our force when necessary (such as in Irak, but also elsewhere) but with honor. Otherwise, we would turn into an imperialist country of the worst kind.

An International Court that the US is not part of...is not an 'international' court. There is no international court and there is no international law. American soldiers and citizens are subject to U.S. laws, not laws made by America-hating Euro-socialists and tyrannical dictators.

When did we ever NOT DO IT WITH HONOR? I don't know what planet YOU'VE lived on, but our soldiers are COURT martialed if they commit crimes on American AND foreign soil, and sent to prison (ever hear of Levenworth?). Do you remember the rape in Japan? How about the pilots who recently made a bombing mistake? Do you know what is happening to them?

There are so many countries who HATE the US, that our troops would be USED as tools in their revenge. It is a ridiculous notion to even consider that we should allow our troops to be tried by an International Court. How DUMB!!

What about them ... they are being charged under US law for criminal acts and courtmartialed.

If we want to do what IS RIGHT we dont put US citizens under a "court" that is unaccountable to the people and outside the bounds of our soveregnty.
