I'd be overcome with emotion and kick her ass to downtown and back.
I'm trying to be objective here and I did not see her striking the child.
It may be the fault of the video or my perceptions, but if I was on a jury and this was the sole evidence, I'd vote to acquit.
If a child shows up battered, all bets are off.

Believe me, I support parents being able to discipline their children, within reason, and I deplore the people who stick their noses in when a parent just gives the child a swat on the bottom or a slap on the leg. Also, I don't, for a minute, think that anyone on here condones child-abuse. However, I know what I saw on that video and it was shocking. I am only going by the video I have been seeing on FNC, which is very graphic. Take my word for it, she is beating that child.
