I saw a partial video on my local news channel, but I saw the full video at the CBS web site. The full video shows the initial slapping and the child's legs kicking as the mother pulls back for a second, and then she leans in again and delivers a series of punches toward the area where you would expect the child's head to be.

From what I saw I'm inclined to believe that this woman is a sadistic b!tch who needs to have her child taken away from her, and who needs to spend a lot of time behind bars thinking about why it is a bad idea to take your bad moods out on your infant child.

That's how I saw it as her punches/slaps, whatever were to the childs face or head.
