I'd like to discuss such "practical measures" with them.

"The first time an Iraqi interferes with an inspector, that may be construed as an act of war, and many thousands of you may perish as a result.

If you detain an inspector, that is an act of war.

If you delay an inspector, that is an act of war.

If you mislead an inspector, that is an act of war.

If you fail to give any assistance to an inspector that you could have given, that may be taken as an act of war ... "

I don't think they have to. President Bush seems to have the same ideas you do.

Saddam is about to be flushed down the toilet of history. And that's one rat who won't be able to crawl back out of it.
