I'm guessing they hit civilian buildings killing thousands of innocent civilians trying to make baby milk too.

The total number of the armed sorties launched by the U.S and British warplanes against Iraq coming from bases in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Turkey since dec. 17, 1998 till now reached 42680, the spokesman concluded.
The way they repulsed us is, it's hard to fly a plane when you're laughing so hard that your opponent is 0 for 42,680 in trying to shoot you down.

In other words what they did was wait till the jets were long gone and then fired antiaircraft and surface-to-air missles in the direction of the departed aircraft.
