College Station (WBAP) -- Three Aggies injured in the bonfire collapse have been sued by a crane operator who accuses them of not alerting others to dangers at the construction site.
Couch's attorney contends in a third-party lawsuit that A&M students John Comstock, Matthew Robbins and Dominic Braus are partly responsible for the collapse.
Couch's attorney, Jim Cowles of Dallas, says his lawsuit is a way to ensure all Bonfire-related litigation is transferred to Brazos County.
I see now the simple, home truth of the joke
"Q: What is the first thing a lawyer just has to run out and buy the first time he takes Viagra?
A: Shirts with bigger collars."
In law school!
The school is guilty for not supervising this more closely, the crane operator may be guilty, but the damned stupid students are the guiltiest of all, they and their "redpots."
The school should wash its hands of this neanderthal practice. If the students want to have it, they're on their own, including the liability.
After the bonfire, two Aggies go on a fishing trip. They rent all the equipment - the reels, the rods, the wading suits, the rowboat, the car, and even a cabin in the woods.
The first day they go fishing, but they don't catch anything. The same thing happens on the second day, and on the third day. It goes on like this until finally, on the last day of their vacation, one of the men catches a fish.
As they're driving home they're really depressed. One Aggie turns to the other and says, "Do you realize that this one lousy fish we caught cost us fifteen hundred bucks?"
The other Aggie says, "Wow! Then it's a good thing we didn't catch any more!"
A: The skunk has skid marks in front of it.

Q: You're locked in a room together with Osama, Saddam, and a lawyer, but your gun only has two bullets - what do you do?
A: Shoot the lawyer twice.
