Kim, I know you're not trying to indicate you came up with that rule yourself, but, gee, how long ago was it that I cited that rule to you? (Seriously, I can't figure out when it was, although I think it must have been at least a couple of months ago). It's nice to see that finally someone else is questioning Feldy's adherence to that rule.

how coudl anyone make sure he was adhering to the rule during the middle of the trial..it would have to be obvious. But geeze louise..why didn't someone "in the know" file a complaint sooner?
