I doubt you would want to know what he thinks of SDPD and I doubt he'd want me to say.

But let us all remember that there are bad cops just as there are bad everythings. Not too many years ago, a CHP pulled a young woman over in San Diego, sexually assaulted her and left her dead on the side of the road.

They're not all good, unfortunately.
