Lawyers for Hawai'i United Public Workers union leader Gary Rodrigues and his daughter, Robin Haunani Rodrigues Sabatini, asked a federal judge yesterday to dismiss portions of 51 counts of a 101-count indictment that accuses Rodrigues of defrauding union members by overcharging them for healthcare benefits.

The wrench in the Democrat/Union/Socialist/Machine is Linda Lingle, former mayor of the Great Isle of Maui.
Linda Lingle for the First Republican Governor in over 40 years for the Great State of Hawaii!
Send some bucks and send a message to not only the unbridled State of Corruption, but also to the mainland ticks and other leeches who have lived off of the taxpayer for decades too long.
Let's all have some fun with this one...
Simple is better!!!!!! JMO, of course! :)
I wish her the best in her race. Now if you can direct me to the Libertarian candidate's website, I'll consider dropping a dime or two on the race .... :)

IMO, the 1 popup window is 1 too many .... and I'm using Netscape .... and on this 'puter (actually my inhouse server since my other 'puter took a dump on me a few weeks ago)I don't have any plugins installed since I'll be going back to the other 'puter in the next day or so, now that I got it fixed .... :) ... however my *itch about the popup and cookies is serious ..... I don't know ANYONE that likes them appearing on the screen when they're trying to read the main page. In fact, more and more are using things like POW to prevent them from appearing, so IMO its a waste of time for the webmaster to even include them on the page. And, again, SIMPLE IS BETTER. If a person has a message they want to get across, all the "bells and whistles" (popup windows, plugins, etc) actually DETRACT from the message. How you present the message is every bit as important as the message itself. Again, JMO ... :)
Seriously, I wish her the best in her race. I haven't been to Hawaii since '70 when my first ship stopped off in Pearl on the way to 'Nam. And, to be perfectly honest, given what I've read about our 50th State since that time, I don't think I would want to visit anytime soon! :)
As far as my own registration goes, I have NEVER tried to hide my political philosophy on this site. I've been a proud (small l)libertarian posting here since '97. If there is no Libertarian candidate on the ballot in HI, I might take another look at Linda's site. :)
Sorry my post bothered you, but I presumed since you were posting information on her campaign, you were from HI. I checked your profile and see you're actually in TX. I could tell you a few jokes about TX, but that might start a flame war (I was a cop in OK years back who now resides in AZ). :)
Anyway, here's wishing Linda the best of luck.
