Yes! Why, their religion would demand it! They may very well be part of the "soldiers" ....and this is their part. To make a mockery of the law enforcement agencies of this country and any citizen who might speak up!

I agree, my theory is that these guys are not that stupid, they weren't merely playing a joke and lying about it, but were a deliberate diversion to protect the big fish who must have been in the water. Obviously they would attract attention speaking in English. The collusion in the Muslim American community is far more widespread than many dare to see or acknowledge. Not to condemn all Muslim Americans..blah..blah..blah.
