Lawyer (interrupting): Capped One knew he had rights and did not originally consent to car search. Insisting on rights is uncooperative?

On Larry King, the capped one, said that he asked the police not to search his car because "my mother had packed it so neatly".

I kid you not!

I imagine that the officers did consider that to be a less than cooperative response - after they got finished rolling on the ground in laughter. Well, maybe not... but you can bet they had a good laugh back at the station afterwards.
