I NEVER heard Stone say they spoke Arabic, anyone?

I"m a little uncertain about her never saying that, myself.
I heard her say they spoke perfect English, though.
And if she heard words in Arabic or that might be Arabic and said so, one of the fellows (Mr. Beardguy) DOES speak fluent Arabic.

Perhaps they offered a little prayer for their food? Or the guy in the hat said something in Arabic that was either a generic muslim remark (allah akbar, etc) or something that the other two would have understood, even if they can't speak Arabic.

Also, they could have spoken in another language. They speak some Spanish.

If Eunice said they spoke something else besides the "perfect English" she noted, that doesn't mean that she said they had back-and-forth in Arabic, or didn't praise Allah in arabic, etc. And it also doesn't mean they didn't PRETEND to speak Arabic to upset her.
