Real estate and other business interests opposed to sharing the cost of a $3.6 billion upgrade of San Francisco's Hetch Hetchy waterworks vowed Monday to pull out all the stops to defeat a November city ballot measure to pay for the project.

Vote against it.
This bond measure is a sham.
Voters are getting ripped off. The current law keeps Hetch Hetchy as a seperate entity. It was designed to be self supporting, Hetch Hetchy although owned by the City of SF sells water to neighboring communities.
The problem is that the City has been raiding the funds for every hair brained operation, including fee sex changes.
The money, if it was kept in the system, would not need a bond now, which would raise taxes.
