I watched his UN speech twice and couldn't remember President Bush saying that the return of inspectors would prevent military action.
Our president is in need of extra ordinary help to accomplish what needs to be done to keep us alive; - and I pray our "angel in the whirlwind" is working overtime.
President Bush will need this help to swim against the tidal wave of democrat and media spin that is sure to follow Kofi's public capitulation.

The Iraqi strategy is to invite inspectors in. Once in, Saddam will renege. They will be seized and used as HUMAN HOSTAGES to forestall any attack and put pressure on the Europeans and others to oppose a "dangerous" US move which may harm the hostages.Saddam used HUMAN SHIELDS from the international community before, 12 years ago. We remember little Stuart Lockwood being patted on the head by Saddam. Anyone think he is any different a person?
