[history]
Citrus Heights real estate agent Natalie Centabar says she'd love to cut back to part-time work. Problem is, her phone won't stop ringing.
Most often the caller is a first- or second-generation Latino looking to buy a house. And chances are good that the call is a result of just two sales Centabar made years ago, when she helped two Latino couples -- first-time buyers -- relocate here from the Bay Area. Their expanding ring of referrals now accounts for 95 percent of her business.

HI,
Hmm Intresting Article. But what these Liberal Newspapers Never State is that the DemocRATS, have the Blacks and Hispanics where they want, Notably on Docile Government Assistance Programmes. 50% of the Hispanics Population (Nation Wide) are on Some Form of Substatial Government Welfare or S/Security Assistance.
Your damn right we and the Government are not Selling these Immigrants and their Kids (US or Foreign Born), the AMERICAN DREAM, the DemocRATS are selling them the American Existence (AKA: A Watered down American Dream).
The Bulk of "Latino" Home Ownership in "the Southwest At least", tends to be Cheaper and Lower Level Housing/Homes. Notice How they are 36% of CALIs Population but in **10 Years** will have only a Mere 8% to 10% of the Home Owner market. Even Now their Puchasing Power in CAL, is considerably under 10% of the Population, when they are over 1/3rd of the Population.
Now you tell me Is that "REALLY" the American Dream... The Libs & the Rats would like us to think so, But any Person with common sense and Certainly a Fellow Conservative, would think Not. The Economic Figures & Stats for Latinos are EXTREME AWFUL & POOR. When It comes to Poverty they are now Socio-Economically Worse than the Blacks, on every count...
PEACE !!!

The US-Born "Latinos" Do speak Fluent English. In fact Many Speak it as their Primary Tongue, and seldom pass on Spanish to their Kids (3rd gen).
However in CALI teir are many 1st Generation (Immigrant Latinos - Nearly 50% of the "Latino" Population), the Activists and Media Feed off the Economic Success of the English Dominant/Fluent Latinos, and Pressure these Companies to Offer Spanish Languge Services. Also in CALI most Latino Home owners (1st Generation - Immigrant At least), tend to purchase Low income Houses, or Rent), Thus little or no Economic Power.
The 2nd Generation are the Ones with more Economic Power, but these Razaistas State that "All" Latinos want/demand service in CALI/the S/west, which is absolute trash. I have Many friend & relative that work in the Real Estate Business and they have told me that the Majority of Latinos that have purchased houses through them, have being US-Born 2nd or 3rd generation All have Spoken English Fluently and did not require ANY Spanish Laguage service, they have said that, very few have being 1st Gen (immigrants), thus No real need for Span-Lan Service. When will the Lib & Multi-Cults realize that "Latino" is NOT Synomymous with the Spanish Langauge, In fact as much as Nearly-Half "Latino" the Population speak English Only/Primarily (US-Born Mostly).
PEACE.

HI,
* Fannie Mae has opened a Sacramento office to invest
>>>$20 billion in affordable housing in the Central Valley. Goals include boosting homeownership among groups, such as Latinos, that have relatively low rates today.<<<
* Wells Fargo opened an "Emerging Markets" office in Sacramento, where >>>bilingual agents will focus on mortgages for low-income and minority customers<<<.
> PING ! The Last 2 Paragraphs Says it all. The
$20 Billion, you can bet your last dime is sure as hell "Part" TAX PAYER (AKA - Me & You) funded, Affordable "CHEAP" Housing. Marvellous the Creation of
2 AMERICAS and a EU-Style Social Programmes Robbing from the Rich to give the Poor", in the S/West at leasr.
> The Final 2 Paragraphs have really done it for Me !!
Thanks...

The Bulk of "Latino" Home Ownership in tends to be Cheaper and Lower Level HousingHousing prices have risen sharply due to the law of supply and demand. Immigration has created the demand. Hispanic immigrants have driven up the price of a ranch house in my area from 80,000 to 200,000 in 5 years. Asian immigrants doubled the price of the better houses.
In this weak economy, housing and new cars are the strong sectors. New cars are financed by the extra equity in the house. If we cut immigration, we cut housing demand (not to mention retail sales). Prices decline. Mortgages are upside down. Foreclosures and bailouts follow.
Now HUD in its bureaucratic drive for Naderism is increasing the rules governing mortages and mortgage brokers. This will destroy the housing market. Some one had better wake up the Bush Administration or he's looking at a double dip caused by a collapse of housing and cars, caused by his bureaucrats.
Sometimes it's necessary to go off topic
