WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 Alexey Lavrov is a shrewd operator. He couldnt have survived for eight years as Russias ambassador to the United Nations any other way. And something he told me the other day in New York gave me further evidence that behind George W. Bushs rootin tootin go-it-alone bluster there has long been a plan to collect allies for war with Iraq. |

I have a feeling the RATS are scared to open the newspaper in the morning these days. This is going to be another massive coalition...President Bush would not be moving at this speed unless he had his ducks in a row. The thing the RATS and the media always miss is that W works BEHIND THE SCENES. They were so used to the clinton melodrama that played out daily in the papers that when this Administration is quiet, they think nothing is going on. LOL!

You are so right. Even our beloved Peggy Noonan has at times called President Bush "Reaganesque". This President is not his father - not even close. Except for the dignity and integrity.
