When I was much younger (and agile) I worked on a dairy farm milking cows. Every evening as I drove the herd to the barn, one old crippled cow always held things up. She could barely walk, and procrastinated the whole way making the job take longer. One day, getting impatient with her, I decided to try out "cow riding." When the horse pulled up even with her, I hopped off and landed on her back nicely.

When she was finished bucking and stomping me into the ground I remember thinking, "Who would have thought cows were such good fakers?"

That's funny - cows are not so bright, but they are a bit cunning, and if they should decide that they don't want to be penned, it can make for a very long day. My last dealing with cattle should be a dispersal sale - I had plenty enough to do with them for the first twenty years of my life. ;-)

You mean LadyX and Who! let you enjoy some shrimp? I'm shocked - but glad you were able to grab some.
