NAPLES, Florida (CNN) --The Georgia woman who prompted Friday's terror scare was "flat-out lying" when she told authorities she overheard three Muslim men at a restaurant laughing about September 11 and making suspicious comments, one of the men said late Friday.

That's extremely good news.
If I had any remaining doubts about Muslims being unabashed prevaricators with the Kaffir, they have vanished. Muslims who take umbrage at that have these fellows, and the muslims who stood up for them by calling this woman a liar, to blame.
My personal opinion, having heard both sides firsthand,is that if they were "playing her" they just saw a white chick and decided to mess with her, and were not reacting to any "look" or other provocation she might have given them. The provocation would have been her "Kaffir" status alone.
I think its still more than possible they were serious. These are three men to watch; these men, and the company they keep.

I believe her.
Don't forget the goal of Islamists.

They got caught lying and they are at least smart enough to understand how much money they cost the State of FL for their little prank, so they're going to let the little old racist biddy from GA take the fall. Risky, surely. If they've committed no crime up to this point, at least no crime the authorities choose to prosecute, they may now be in the process of committing perjury, which is a crime. And also slandering a woman, which is something she can bring a civil suit for (and in a civil suit the standard of proof is preponderance of the evidence, not proof beyond a reasonable doubt.)

Are you being series or just dvmb?

Why did the dogs alert and then nothing was found? Was it already dropped off? Or was thos meant as a diversion all along. We will never know.

He won't fool many Americans, not after 9/11. You are wrong. America has gone soft when it comes to Islam, from the President on down. It made me sick to hear the President litter his fine Ellis Island speech with yet another "apology" to Muslims.
With the President beating the " religion of peace" drum, and the Ad Council's bizarre "Stop the Hate" campaign, I would not be suprised to see most Americans succumbing to this idea of "Arabs as victims."
Read MSNBC.com today, watch CNN...it's all about "hate crimes" and "discrimination" against Muslims.
As Ann Coulter has so well stated the true hate count score is MUSLIMS 3,000 WHITE GUYS 1 (that idiot in Texas). But the corrupt, Orwellian media will do everything in its broad power to convice us that 2 + 2 = 5.

Wait just a minute. Yesterday, their story was that they were "angry at being stared at and decided to scare the woman. Now were supposed to believe that it never happened? Right! Contrast what happened to them with what happened to a guy telling his psychotherapist he wanted to blow up a Chevron refinery Man sentenced for threatening to bomb LA-area refinery . He got 4 years

Here's your compelling reason the police backed off: lawsuit. I guarantee within one week these guys will file a lawsuit against the feds.

All I can say is I wish someone had called the authorities when Atta and his friends were hanging around and mouthing off in a bar in my town the Friday night before 9/11. He drew a lot of attention to himself - if we only knew then what we know now.
Eunice did the right thing. These jerks should know that *they* are the ones who need to watch their p's and q's after what their brothers did on 9/11. What utter nonsense for them to be so sensitive to perceived "looks".

"Why did the dogs alert and then nothing was found? Was it already dropped off? Or was thos meant as a diversion all along. We will never know." I think I heard someone say that it was something in their medical bags, to be expected?

I believe her too. They were medical students -- so what. The 9/11 terrorists were aviation students. The cell members from Buffalo were Americans. I hope the feds will continue digging on this one. These guys are not stupid -- they were slick enough to play the race card. I didn't find the guy they interviewed at all believable. I hope the feds will continue digging on this one.

The provocation would have been her "Kaffir" status alone. They probably were playing her, and if so, there may be many other people who have been similarly played by them. If so, I would love to see some of them step forward.

I'm not so sure about the allusions to "bringing IT down" and America crying on 9/13 being said in jest.
And since one of them denied that was said at all, and is obviously lying... he could lie about worse.

I don't recall the Koran's chapter and verse, but it teaches lieing to the infedels. These "students" have learned that HOAXING is a jail time crime.
Crimes? Deny. Deny. Deny. What the Clintons taught the world, is that Americans are willing chumps.
To: willyone
My husband works closely with US Customs. He told me that their theory is that these guys were used as "decoys". My personal opinion is...they could not even see Eunice's face due to it being blocked by the latticework screen. Why would they want to play a "joke" on her when they couldnt even SEE her? There is more to this than we know.
