ACTUAL: If any person post another, or in writing or in print use any reproachful or contemptuous language to or concerning another, for not fighting a duel, or for not sending or accepting a challenge, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be confined in jail not more than six months, or fined not exceeding one hundred dollars.

This might be a more civilized society if people faced the threat of having to fight duels. I can imagine if Bill Clinton lived in the 19th century, he would have had to be an excellent shot considering the kinds of provocation he would have engaged in.

I suspect if the man had lived in earlier times he might have controlled his mouth more. He lacks the physical courage to back up his statements with action.
