Brazil has the largest population of blacks of any country outside Africa.

I read an article a couple weeks ago about a walled affluent enclave of about 30,000 people that had 1,200 armed guards and all non-residents who visited were searched coming and going.

The politics of both nations are very different. Brazil is much more important to the stability of the Hemisphere than Argentina. Brazil once had a commie president and the result was a military coup and the generals stayed in power for years. If Lula is elected look for another national emergency as the commies take over. It would be another disaster For the US too.
