Hey dude... the winds blowing hard... SE to E.

No big deal for small amounts.

What I worry about is the delivery of an old, leaky warhead.

The radiaiation would still be present on the container vessel.

Food for thought.

Winds offshore of NYC out of the NW 5-15kts but not nearly as gusty as yesterday. That's good if there is actually something "bad" on that ship.
